OTR provides a state-of-the-art walk-in customer service facility that si available to meet the needs of District taxpayers. At the facility, taxpayers can receive assistance quickly and efficiently in a comfortable, professional atmosphere.
OTR also offers MyTax.DC.gov, an online application where customers can manage their tax accounts online. On MyTax.DC. gov, customers can register new businesses, make payments, file returns electronically, obtain a Certificate of Clean Hands, and much more.
