This free, three-part summer workshop series is designed to support hospitality businesses in Ward 2. Each session will cover a key topic to help restaurants, bars, and cafes strengthen operations, support staff, and improve long-term success. Businesses are welcome to attend one session or all three. All sessions are virtual.

Workshop Topics:

  • July 22, 10:30 – 11:30am: Successfully Introducing Benefits to Your Hospitality Team – Learn how to attract, support, and retain a strong team. Presented by Oyster Sunday & OS BENEFITS.
  • August 5, 9:30 – 11:00am: Public Relations for Restaurants – Get expert tips on telling your story, engaging media, and building visibility. Presented by Savor PR.
  • August 19, 9:30 – 11:00am: P&L 101: A Roadmap to Financial Success – Understand your profit and loss statement and how to use it as a decision-making tool. Presented by Harmony .

Attendees will receive an opportunity to apply for one-on-one consultations with our speakers after these workshops. Businesses must complete the application. First come, first served. This opportunity is only available to businesses in the GMS corridor.

Open to all hospitality businesses located in Ward 2. Space is limited. Registration required.

You’ll need to register separately for each date. Each workshop has its own ticket.
