Operating Agreement Brief Advice Legal Clinic

This clinic is for existing LLCs organized in the DC that have an existing draft or adopted operating agreement. LLC members will review the operating agreement one-on-one with an attorney to evaluate the operating agreement’s completeness, alignment with operations, and suitability for business goals. Offered in partnership by DC Bar Pro Bono Center and Arnold & Porter.
