Service Contract Brief Advice Legal Clinic

The Service Contract Brief Advice Legal Clinic is for existing businesses that have an existing standardized service contract they use regularly, provide services to clients, and are formed in DC, primarily operate in DC, or primarily provide services to clients in DC. At the clinic, attorneys will meet one-on-one with the small business owner to review the business’ standard existing contract for services and discuss potential changes, additions, and implications.
