Event Type

This in-person Food Manager course uses the ServSafe training model. It will cover food safety risks and hazard reductions through the flow of food. Upon successful passing of the Food Manager’s exam, participants will receive their certificate required by the Department of Health in Washington, DC to apply for the Food Manager license.
