Business Foundation Series: The Lean Business Plan

This webinar will guide business owners through creating a lean business plan that focuses on the most important elements of their business. Participants will learn how to use the plan as an internal roadmap and as a tool for attracting potential investors. Attendees should have completed the Business Foundation Series: Concept and Assessment session and have a startup or existing business. Participants are also encouraged to work with a DCSBDC business counselor to develop their business concept and plan.
